The Stars & Suns Route: haute cuisine in the city of Málaga

On 25 November 2025 the Michelin Guide chose Málaga to host its Spanish gala. It was no accident: the capital is living the finest gastronomic moment in its history, with four starred restaurants, three Bib Gourmand and a dozen Repsol Suns spread between El Perchel and La Malagueta.

This route gathers them all. It starts where the city does its shopping — the Atarazanas market and its streets —, crosses the historic Centre square by square, climbs to the Aduana palace, drops down to the port along Muelle Uno and ends gazing at the sea in La Malagueta. Thirteen tables where Málaga’s cooking rubs shoulders with Europe’s finest without ever losing its Málaga flavour.
